This is the biggest update since MCServerHost 2.0, and it affects every account. Please read the whole post!
The new MCServerHost is here 🎉
Our brand new website is open right here at https://beta.mcserverhost.com/, the site you're reading this on.
Over the coming weeks we'll move every account over from the current website. Your balance, saved card, forum profile and the threads you started all come with you, and you keep signing in with the same email and password. Signed in with Discord, Google, GitHub or Microsoft? That works here too.
What's new 🌻
Lower prices on every plan from 4GB up, and every size now comes in two versions: Budget for the lowest price, or Performance on faster NVMe storage.

Pay yearly and save 35%, and card and PayPal payments no longer carry a processing fee.
- More disk space on every plan. An 8GB plan now gets 80GB on Budget or 160GB on Performance, up from 60GB.
- Snapshots: save your server whenever you like and restore it later, on the same server or another one in your account.
- A better panel: one-click mods, plugins and modpacks from CurseForge, Modrinth and Spiget, plus datapacks, resource packs and Bedrock add-ons.
- A built-in database browser, so you can run queries without leaving the panel.
- Pick your Java version and startup memory settings yourself.
- Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app to keep your account safe.
- Free servers still get up to 4GB of RAM, and when the free nodes are busy you'll see your exact place in the queue.
- Pay how you like: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or crypto.
Get ahead of it: move yourself now 💚
We'll move free accounts over the next few weeks, but you don't have to wait. Moving yourself now means your playtime never gets interrupted.
- Sign in at https://www.mcserverhost.com/account
- On the right side under Quick Actions, click Move to the new MCServerHost
- Follow the steps and you'll land here, already signed in
Have a free server? The move asks you to remove your servers on the old site first. Download a backup of your world, delete the server, move your account, then upload your world to a new free server here. It only takes a few minutes!
Paid users: nothing changes for you 🌼
If you have an active paid plan, you can keep using the old website indefinitely. Your servers, billing and renewals keep running exactly as they do today.
Once the move is complete, the old website will live at https://legacy.mcserverhost.com/* where you can keep managing your servers, paying invoices and buying services like always. You can move here whenever you're ready by ending your old plan and grabbing a new one.
Important ❗
- When the move is complete, https://www.mcserverhost.com/ will open this website.
- At that point new sign-ups on the old website will close, and every new account is made here.
- After your account moves, your old login simply takes you over to the new site.
